1. How long will it take for my invite to come through?
Your invite should come through instantly via email. If you haven't received it, please check your spam / junk folder. If you're still unable to find it, please try an alternative email address or get in touch with us.

2. How do I join the tribe program?
Simple. Request your invite and we'll send you the next steps. The whole process only takes a few minutes and you're able to opt out of the program at any time without any financial commitment.

3. Would we have to buy our clothes from you to start?
In a word, yes. The reason for this is not because we want to profit from you. It’s to prove you are willing to support our brand and our mission to empower others. Before we introduced this, we had people becoming members for the wrong reasons, namely to show off being an athlete, or solely in an attempt to receive free clothing without being a part of our brand or community.

4. How do I know if my discount code is used?
The system we use tracks every person that uses your discount code and adds to your account automatically. You get access to the system to view your statistics if you're accepted.

5. How will I receive my referrals?
Our payment method is via PayPal. Payments are issued in GBP (but of course will be converted if this is not your local currency).
We pay our referrals via PayPal at the end of every working month. If you have any further questions before requesting your invite, please email us at info@juststrong.com - the team are always happy to help.
